The European Styrene contract price for February 2024 has been set at the Euro 1777/MT CIF North West Europe. This reflects a increase of 222€/MT compared to the settlement in February 2024.

The European Styrene contract price for February 2024 has been set at the Euro 1555/MT CIF North West Europe. This reflects a increase of 190€/MT compared to the settlement in January 2024.

January 2024
The European Styrene contract price for January 2024 has been set at the Euro 1365/MT CIF North West Europe. This reflects a minor decrease of 5€/MT compared to the settlement in December 2023. Taking into account the correlation between the price of EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) and styrene monomer, we can speculate that the recent price range for EPS may be relatively stable compared to last month. However, when considering other factors such as demand, supply, and market dynamics, a slight increase in the price for EPS in the coming weeks is anticipated.
